Step forward Arken Acquire – a digital fact find tool from Arken.legal (UK) Ltd. Designed to streamline the Will drafting process and to suit the busy individual, this latest innovation sends a link that can be used on any device, at any time, and gathers information on their dependants, pets, business interests and other assets and liabilities. This data flows seamlessly into Arken Professional, eliminating the need for re-keying. The process remains short and precise to maximise completion rates. Customised to your brand through your own provisioning tool, you can alter the text, key colours and contact information. Allocate the most appropriate resource for their requirement straight away.
Arken Acquire has three key uses:
- Data capture: Email an Arken Acquire link to clients for direct data capture into Arken Professional. When the information has been submitted, the client is automatically created in the Client Manager and the remaining data can be imported into the Will document when you start drafting. To further assist, the answers change the Will questionnaire and make certain fields mandatory to prompt your questioning of the client, based on their answers. For example, if they say they own or have a share in a business, business interests will be ticked in important matters and business executors, business property relief trusts and gifting of business interests will be available throughout the questionnaire.
- Lead generation: A highly effective tool that can sit on your website and social media channels, gathering lead data that also filters through into your Arken Professional account.
- Cross promotion: Send to other clients within your practice to encourage Will creation - conveyancing clients, clients who have changed family circumstances, to update Will banks.
